The calendar has color-coded entries for different categories (music, drama, field trips, etc.) You can turn categories on and off by checking or unchecking them in the drop down list; click on the arrow next to the "Agenda" tab at the top of the calendar to display the list. E.g., to view the music calendar alone, uncheck the other calendars in the list.

To view the complete calendar entry:

• Click on the event name to display the event details.
• Click on the "X" in the top right corner to close the detail window.

To view a different month:

• Use arrows next to the month name to move forwards or backwards through the year.
• To jump back to the current month, click on the "Today" button.

You can change the calendar view from monthly to weekly or agenda view by clicking on the tabs next to the print icon.

To add the NCCL calendar to your personal Google calendar click on the button in the lower right hand corner of the calendar.
